What happens with your details.

Who we are. PRM is operated by Professional Relationship Management Pty Ltd ABN 40 659 815 086, Level 7, 190 Edward Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000, phone 0468 055 582. Tax agent services are provided by Australian Tax & Super Pty Ltd, registered tax agent (TPB 25291395).

What we collect and why. The “See if we fit” form asks for your turnover band, industry, structure, what you need, your name, mobile and email, plus any calculator results you choose to send. The fact-find starter asks for basic business details. We use them to reply to your enquiry, prepare for a first meeting and, if you become a client, to set up the work.

Who it goes to. FormSubmit, which delivers the website forms to admin@finforce.com.au; our CRM and email providers; our SMS provider, only if you tick the text box; and Calendly, if you book a time. Some of these providers may store or process data overseas.

If you don’t give us your details. We may not be able to reply to your enquiry or help you.

Texts. The text box on the form is optional. If you tick it, someone from the team may contact you by text about your enquiry. Any text will say who it’s from and how to opt out. If you don’t tick it, we won’t text you.

We don’t sell personal information. Please don’t send tax file numbers or bank details through these forms.
